Students living on the South 40, may ship packages to Hitzeman Student Mail Center.

Students living on the North Campus, may ship packages to the Village Student Mail Center.

Students living in the Lofts should ship all packages to the address below, using their mail stop code to ensure proper delivery of packages and mail.

Shipping Instructions for students living in off-campus residential housing

With living in an off-campus apartment, it is important that you use your correct address. Make sure you include your apartment number and the correct zip code for all mail and packages per example below.

The US Postal Service (USPS) will deliver mail and USPS packages directly to your apartment off-campus.

Other delivery providers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon do not have access to your apartment building to deliver packages securely. If there is no one in the apartment to receive the package, these carriers have been instructed to deliver packages to the Village Student Mail Center. You will receive an email and text notification if your package has been delivered to the Village Student Mail Center.

  1. Log into Click N’ Ship. Create an account if you have not already.
  2. Sign and and create a label.
  3. Select Priority Mail for 2-3 days service or Express Mail for Next Day Service.
  4. Enter the following for the the return address: FOR VILLAGE: Washington University Village Student Mail 6985 Snow Way St Louis MO 63130-4400 FOR HITZEMAN: Washington University Hitzeman Student Mail 6515 Wydown Blvd St Louis MO 63105-2298
  5. Enter your forwarding/home address.
  6. Enter the weight and type of package. Weight and type need to be accurate for shipment with no additional charge. If you do not know the accurate weight and type, please email mail@wustl.edu.
  7. Email the label to mail@wustl.edu.
